Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your cancellation request is accepted, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds and Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements if:
- You received the wrong product
- Something is missing from your order
- Your product arrived damaged
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glowupvitals@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:
- An unboxing video
- Photos of the outer box (front and back, including the courier label)
- Photos of the product received
The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
If you purchased Caffyn from a third-party seller, please contact them directly for their return, refund, or cancellation policy.
